Nice front desk staff during our stay.

You have to hand your key in every time you leave, which is very inconvenient. Plus, the fire alarm went off early one morning, and I had no idea what was going on since the announcement was only in Japanese. I ended up leaving in a panic, only to find out it was a false alarm. This experience really frustrated me during my stay, and it overshadowed any positive aspects of the hotel.

Had a great stay where I enjoyed a tasty breakfast and a lovely river view from my room. The hotel offered calming massages and a nice wellness area. The only hiccup was that the room could have used a little more ventilation, but it didn't overshadow my visit. 😊

The staff provided help when I mentioned the temperature issue in my room. They had good communication and offered to assist. The breakfast had a fair amount of drinks, which was a nice touch. I found the bed comfortable enough for a restful night after exploring the area. This was important after a long day.

Oh man, the dining adventure near Flex was a treat! Within a short stroll, I hit up Epure for some killer local dishes, and Chez Louise served up delightful French cuisine that made my taste buds dance. Plus, the room was cozy and the staff were super friendly, adding that personal touch to my stay.

The breakfast was a bit of a letdown with limited choices—just one sandwich deal for all guests.

welcoming staff

i had a lovely stay at flex. the location is fantastic – it's just a short walk from the station and close to a convenience store. i enjoyed the free hot drinks in the morning and the welcoming staff was a standout for me. the room was clean and comfortable, really nice for a solo traveler.

The facilities definitely show their age!!! One tiny elevator served the entire hotel, making it a hassle during busy hours. Also, the bathroom seemed designed for very petite people, as the shower was uncomfortably cramped.
